Features and transmission mode of CNC punching machine
2021-09-01
CNC punching machine is an automatic punching machine equipped with a numerical control system. Compared with ordinary punching machines, the features of CNC punching machines are as follows:
1. High processing precision and stable processing quality.
2. Large processing area.
3. Multi-coordinate linkage can be carried out, and complex shape parts can be processed.
4. More CNC programs can save the preparation time when machining parts are changed.
5. Save labor intensity.
6. The production operation is convenient and simple, and the production efficiency is high.
CNC punch presses can be divided into:
(1) Mechanical transmission: use the flywheel rotational inertia to drive the striking head for punching. Advantages: low cost and easy to maintain. Defects: Loud noise and limited tonnage.
(2)Hydraulic transmission: use the hydraulic cylinder motor to drive the striking head for impact. Advantages: low noise and high tonnage. Defects: High cost and maintenance by assembly personnel. According to the different liquids used in hydraulic presses, it can be divided into hydraulic presses and hydraulic presses. At present, most hydraulic presses are used, and hydraulic presses are mostly used for large-scale mechanical special machinery.
