Reasons for the rapid wear of CNC punching die

       ①The mold gap is too small. Generally, the total gap of Jianhan mold is 20% and 25% of the material plate thickness.
 
  ②The centering of the convex-concave mold is not good, including the lack of precision of the mold base, mold guide assembly, and turret insert, which results in poor mold alignment to the towel.
 
  ③The temperature of the punch is too high, mainly due to the overheating of the punch formed by the same mold for a long time.
 
  ④Improper mold sharpening method results in mold annealing and aggravation of wear.
 
       ⑤Part of the unilateral punching, such as nibbling, angle of attack or shearing, the lateral force of the aluminum alloy door and window fittings will make the punch tilt to one side, and the gap on this side will be reduced, resulting in severe mold wear. Not high, severe will cause the punch to deviate from the upper die, resulting in damage to the punch and die.
