2. When the CNC punch processing cannot be stopped in an emergency, first replace the CNC punch button switch, then check whether the relevant circuit part is off or disconnected, and then repair the PC controller.
3. When the air pressure light is off, check whether the air leakage or the air pressure capacity is insufficient. If the pressure switch setting value is too high, the setting pressure will be adjusted to 4-5.5kg/c㎡.

1. There are copper scraps in the oil flowing out of the bearing, lack of lubricating oil, and the lubricating oil is not clean. Check the lubrication condition, and disassemble the bearing for cleaning.
2. The guide rail burns. The guide rail gap is too small, poor lubrication, or poor contact. Re-grind the guide rail, adjust the gap, and pay attention to lubrication.
3. During operation, the clutch cannot be combined or cannot be disengaged after the combination. The spring loses the elastic key and the key is too tight. Replace the spring and scrape the key combination gap.
4. When the clutch is disengaged, the slider cannot stop at the top dead center position. The brake belt tension is not enough, the brake belt is excessively worn, and there is oil on the brake wheel. Adjust the brake spring tension, replace the brake, and clean the brake belt with kerosene. And rounds.
5. The ball head of the connecting rod screw impacts the ball head in the ball pad of the slider and the ball head is in poor contact with the ball pad gland. The gland screw is loose and scratches the ball head and the ball pad, and tighten the gland screw.
