2. For CNC punch hydraulic stations working in high temperature areas, appropriately increase the viscosity level of the oil, and at the same time check whether the cooling system and the oil circuit system are unobstructed, and replace the aging wires, plugs, oil pipes, screws, and tighten the oil pipes to prevent hydraulic oil. leakage. Clean the oil and dust from the body of the CNC punch press to ensure that the CNC punch press is "lightly loaded" and has good heat dissipation. The lubricating oil in various places needs to be replaced with summer oil, and the amount of oil is appropriate. Check whether there is oil leakage frequently and should be refilled in time.
3. Check that the connectors of each circuit must be firm and reliable, the aging circuit does not need to be replaced, and the capacity of the fuse should meet the requirements for safe use. It is worth noting that the CNC punch press must be equipped with 1-2 fire extinguishers. Finally, the CNC punch should be parked in a cool place as much as possible to avoid sun exposure. Appropriately reduce the pressure of the storage tank, beware of explosions, and use a combination of forced cooling and natural cooling to improve the high-temperature operation of the CNC punching machine.
